LETTRE EN FRANCAIS (pour info):
Monsieur le
Président de la République Populaire de Chine,
(ou/et) Madame le
Ministre de la Justice de la République Populaire de
Chine.
Vous avez donné un ultimatum aux tibétains vivant à
Lhassa, de se rendre d’eux–mêmes aux forces de police de la
République Démocratique de Chine, leur promettant de prendre en
considération leur démarche volontaire, d’autant plus qu’ils vous
fourniraient des renseignements sur d’autres tibétains.
En
l’absence de cette rédition, des menaces très sérieuses sont à
envisager.
Monsieur le Ministre de la Justice de la
République Populaire de Chine, un ultimatum n’a jamais permis de
trouver des solutions valables pour aucun des partis. Le chantage,
l’appel à la délation, ne peuvent être considérés comme étant dignes
d’une grande Nation animée d’esprit de justice, du respect des
droits fondamentaux, de la liberté d’expression, loin s’en faut.
Nous en appelons donc à votre entendement, au nom des « Droits
de l’homme », et des valeurs fondamentales de l’humanité, nous
vous prions de stopper cette répression sanglante qui frappe les
tibétains , au Tibet mais également en Chine dans leur volonté de
recouvrer leur dignité, leur liberté, de retrouver la possibilité
pour chacun d’entre eux de vivre dignement sur leur terre natale et
de faire perdurer leur culture et leur religion.
En
souhaitant accueillir les Jeux Olympiques dans votre pays, vous vous
êtes engagé à respecter et à promouvoir des valeurs de Justice, de
Liberté, de Fraternité, en cédant à votre tentation de répression
sanglante vous bafouez vos engagements vis-à-vis de toutes les
nations qui, vous faisant confiance, ont voté pour que vous
accueilliez les JO, et vous entrez également dans le champ de la
barbarie.
Nous vous demandons donc instamment de bien vouloir
cesser cette répression qui touche le peuple tibétain depuis
plusieurs décennies et particulièrement depuis le 10 Mars
2008.
En espérant que notre requête sera entendue, je
vous prie d’agréer, l’expression de ma considération.

You gave an
ultimatum to Tibetans living in Lhasa, to surrender from them- even
to the police forces of the Democratic Republic of China, promising
to them to consider their voluntary step,
especially since they
would supply you with information on the other Tibetans.
In
the absence of this rédition, very serious threats are to be
envisaged.
Sir Minister of Justice of People's Republic
of China, an ultimatum has never allowed to find valid solutions for
none of the parties. The blackmail, the call to the informing,
cannot be considered as deserving a big full of life Nation of
spirit of justice, the respect for the fundamental rights, for the
freedom of expression, far needs.
We thus call it to your
understanding, in the name of "Human Rights", and fundamental values
of the humanity, We are praying you to stop this bloody repression
which strikes Tibetans, in the Tibet but also in China in their will
to recover their dignity, their freedom, to find the possibility for
each of them to live with dignity on their native earth and to make
continue their culture and their religion.
By wishing to
welcome the Olympic Games in your country, you undertook to respect
and to promote values of Justice, Freedom, Brotherhood, by giving in
to your temptation of bloody repression to scoff you at your
commitments towards all the nations which relying on you voted so
that you welcomed JO, and you also enter the field of the
inhumanity.
We thus ask you insistently to stop this
repression which gets the Tibetan people for several decades and
particularly since Mars 2008.
We also ask you to get free all
the reserved Tibetans and to do that those who need medical care
could be heard and tended.
